Operations Director

An award-winning  and expanding  AJ100 Architectural Practice is looking to enhance their senior team with the appointment of an Operations Director.

This is a chance to join the team at an exciting time, to be part of a their growth and to help spearhead and lead the operational teams across their three studios.

They are an AJ100, with around sixty Architects, three studios in the UK and an expanding business in Europe. Key sectors include Commercial, Hotels, Industrial, Mixed Use, Public Sector, Residential, Retail and Transportation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide operational management and leadership to the UK Studios.
  • Strong focus on operational efficiency, communication, team collaboration and project delivery
  • Achieve efficiency, profitability and growth targets across the business
  • Development of the Practice within existing and, where appropriate, new sectors
  • Management, development and motivation of the UK management team
  • Strategy, target setting and monitoring of the business
