Due to the continued success of the business, and their high aspirations for further growth, they are seeking to recruit a Design & Technology BIM Champion.
They have a team that champions the digital delivery of projects and provides support to the Architects in the use of appropriate and innovative software and hardware to deliver sustainable architecture projects. They use Revit primarily.
The Practice undertakes hybrid working where roles can be based between the studio and home if required.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesRevit project coordination and team support.Liaising with external consultants.Assisting project teams in BIM project set up and coordination.Promoting best practice using BIM software and standards.Assisting with Revit content creation.Working closely alongside other consultants to prepare and coordinate construction packages including technical drawings, schedules and specifications.Leading the detailed design process and coordinating design information.Carrying out risk assessments.Specifying the appropriate technology and tools to be used in a project and advising where this requires deviation from the initial design plans.Resolving issues that come up during construction.Providing advice on technical matters to the project team.To apply, please forward your career resume quoting reference 880264 to Chesterton Gray.
