Interim Managers are independent and usually have their own service company so it is very easy for you to engage their services with minimum administration and liability. The Interim will be responsible for their own National Insurance contributions, Income Tax, holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, bonuses, or car allowances: you only need to pay a negotiated daily, weekly or monthly rate for their services.
