As part of its growth strategy across Europe, this well-established Engineering Group was looking to set up a full Service and Support Function in the UK which will would cover all aspects of Technical and Engineering Services for its customers.
A Director, with experience of service and support functions, was required to set up and manage the new team, grow the customer base and increase revenue and profitability.
UK – Senior Project Manager
One of the top five in their field the company designs and builds advanced and sophisticated automated systems for warehouse applications having both large corporate clients as well as those developing in the SME sector.
Through winning several large projects they needed to strengthen their Project Management team with the addition of a Senior Project Manager to take overall responsibility for all stages of projects through to successful handover to the client.
UK – Machining Manager
A global market leader in the manufacture and supply of precision capital equipment for use in a broad range of engineering and manufacturing industries, the company have their own machine shop employing around 100.
They required an experienced Manager to be fully responsible for output and efficiencies, whilst driving through further automation and updating of the facility
UK - Quality Manager
Well-established company at the forefront of design and engineering for highly sophisticated niche products for the scientific and research sectors globally. Their range of products includes generic designs as well as bespoke and cutting edge.
This was a new role created so that the company could continue to meet the needs of its customers (and potential customers), whilst maximising sales and profitability, through implementing improvements in products and processes.
