Choosing an Interim
Our Interim Register contains a wealth of experienced and professional individuals, all being dedicated Interim Managers with a unique set of skills and experiences they can bring to a client. They cover the full spectrum of functions and project specialisms and span most industries and sectors. Typically their equivalent permanent salaries would be from £70,000.

As an Interim Management Provider we ensure that the Interim Manager is fully vetted and approved, with their qualifications and experience checked and references taken up.

Our Process
Following a meeting to get a full brief on the role, we will search our database and the marketplace, finding 2-3 available Interims for you to evaluate. Candidates will be interviewed and assessed with the chosen Interim usually available to start the project within a short timeframe.  Agreements will be put in place between the client and the Interim to ensure IR35 compliance and the project commenced. We will handle all administration and keep a track of the project, including reviewing progress and delivery.
