Mock Employment Tribunal

The IoD West Midlands has joined forces with national law firm Irwin Mitchell Solicitors to present a Mock Employment Tribunal to be held on Tuesday 16th November 2010 at 9.30am; Venue - the Birmingham Botanical Gardens.

The event will be an ideal opportunity for delegates to witness “live” Employment Tribunal proceedings, which will be based on a real case presided over by our Employment Tribunal Judge. This will be of particular interest to anybody who is involved in disciplinary procedures as an insight into the judicial process that might follow a dismissal.
