Commercial Support Manager
Part of a successful engineering group this well-established company is at the forefront of design and engineering for highly sophisticated niche electron microscope products for the scientific and research sectors globally. Their range of products includes generic designs as well as bespoke and cutting edge.
This is a new role taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the sales and service teams, managing interactions with the global distributor network and coordinating all sales administration. The position will work closely with the Commercial Director, who will focus on key OEM clients, providing sales data, market analysis and business intelligence to the teams.
The position would suit a scientifically qualified manager with experience of managing sales teams, distributor networks and service operations, being able to communicate both internally and externally with a wide range of functions and organisations.
Based in the UK, the role will involve liaison and meeting with distributors and customers internationally, as well as nationally.
